Ship Agency
We take great pride in what we do and have been able to build sound working relationships with national maritime officials, local port authorities and different interest parties within the Mexican shipping community.
This has enabled us to provide 24-hour assistance with accommodation, transport, key service, medical and dental appointments, handling of incoming/outcoming formalities and Customs House permits.

In case Lodging is needed, same as above.
IMPORTANT: MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF EACH CREW FROM ORIGIN, CONFIRMING NO BREATHING DESEASE/ILLNES, AT LEAST 15 DAYS VALID.
Ship is to give 72, 48 and 24-hr notice report on physical condition of all the crew on board, including temperature log signed and stamped.
Ship is to report immediately (as usual) any crew presenting symtoms related to COVID_19 before and during port stay.
Before Singing on/off, every crewmember will be physically checked by Sanitary authorities.
All crew involved must wear mouth cover, face protector, latex gloves, as well as using sanitizing gel before leaving or entering port facilities.

Our teams know the ports at which they work inside out and have the necessary level of expertise to handle port calls smoothly. They support the captain and his crew, reserve berths, order pilots, tugboats and mooring services, ensure customs clearing goes smoothly and organise crew changes or any other service that you might require as a customer, whether you are an owner or charterer.
